Last week, we proudly shared our Impact Report! Here's a highlight we're excited to share with you: In 2023, 40 makers and 1 management team received financial training. Empowering our team with the skills to thrive is part of our commitment to making a difference. 💚 The financial training consisted of 8 group sessions in which 40 artisans learned about income, expenses, saving, investing, insurance, and more. For many participants, these were new topics, so they had to break through taboos. There were also assignments and 1-on-1 sessions. Afterward, we asked the participants questions about the training.
